SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
• We attempt to ship all items within 5 business days.
During occations when products are in transit and not immediately available for shipping we will inform you in a timely manner about the new shipping dates.
• All shipments are curbside delivery unless specifically requested otherwise.
White glove delivery has additional costs depending on the item.
• We ship worldwide.
If shipping to your country does not appear, please contact us for an immediate quote.
• We update our customers with carrier and tracking information as soon the items are shipped and when the information becomes available.
• Returns need to be initiated within 7 working days of the delivery by contacting us.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
All pieces must be returned in the condition they were received.
• Good packaging and insured shipments are the customers responsibility.
• Returns will be processed quickly, either by exchange or a refund posted to your account.
• Import duties and taxes for international shipments are not refundable.
