All Packages we ship are Fully Insured. If you see a badly Broken Box please do not accept the package and if your item arrives damaged please take pictures and contact us and we will start a claim, sending you a new item or a full refund.

How long do I have to start a return or refund?
Our Policy allows 10 DAYS from the day you receive the goods to contact us for a return Claim.
Please note that if you aren't available to receive your order after 2 attempts by the shipper to deliver it to you the parcel/parcels will return to the shippers storage facility and at that point we are not liable for any losses or breakage.
How can I make a return or exchange?
If you are not satisfied with your order once you received it and wish to return one or more items you can do so. The items you wish to return must be in the original condition, properly packaged. For the shipment please use the same cardboard box in which you received your order. If this is not possible please use an equivalent box. The shipping cost to return the item/items will be at your expense, as well as the restocking fee of 15% of the value of your purchase.
If you would like to replace the item you ordered with a different item you can do so by proceeding with a new order.
How does the reimbursement take place?
Returning one or more products will lead to a full refund of the item(s) cost, excluding shipping charges, taxes & import duty if any to our warehouse.
Reimbursements will be made through a refund based on the payment method you used for the purchase. We will refund you upon the arrival of the parcel at our warehouse.
