REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

All packages we ship are fully insured. If you receive a package with visible damage to the outer box, please do not accept the delivery. If an item arrives damaged, please take photographs of both the packaging and the item and contact us as soon as possible. We will initiate a claim and arrange either a replacement item or a full refund.

How long do I have to start a return or refund?

Our policy allows 14 days from the date you receive the goods to contact us regarding a return request.

How can I make a return or exchange?

If you are not satisfied with your order and wish to return one or more items, you may do so within 14 days of receiving the goods. The items must be returned in their original condition and properly packaged. Please use the same cardboard box in which you received your order whenever possible. If this is not possible, please use an equivalent protective box.

The cost of returning the item(s) is the responsibility of the customer.

If you would like to replace an item with a different product, please place a new order through our website.

How can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been fulfilled and shipped.

Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may exercise your right of withdrawal and return the item in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@kirschon.com and include your order number.

How does the reimbursement take place?

Returning one or more products will lead to a full refund of the item(s) purchased, excluding any customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees paid to local authorities or incurred when returning the goods to our warehouse.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. The refund will be processed once the returned parcel has arrived at our warehouse and inspected.
