• Shipping is complimentary to most European countries, the UK and Switzerland

• Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 2 business days
• Tracking details are shared as soon as your order has been shipped

Shipping Address Accuracy

We kindly ask you to review your shipping details carefully at checkout, so your order can reach you smoothly and without delay.

Each order is prepared and shipped based on the information provided. If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, additional costs related to storage, redirection, rerouting, or reshipment may apply.

In these situations, any redirection or reshipment is handled as a new shipment.

If a shipment is redirected due to address details provided at checkout, it may undergo additional handling by the carrier. While we always work with trusted shipping partners, we are unable to take responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from these additional handling processes.

DELIVERY AND DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery usually occurs within 2–4 business days from the moment of dispatch, including Switzerland. For isolated locations and islands, it may take a few more days. Delivery outside of the EU usually occurs within 5–8 business days.

Our company is not liable for delays or unforeseen circumstances during shipment or transportation that are beyond our control. If you are not available to receive your order after two delivery attempts by the carrier, the parcel may be returned to the carrier’s storage facility. In such cases, we are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from these circumstances.

For B2B customers and orders paid via bank transfer, dispatch will take place within 2–4 business days from the moment funds are received, depending on the size of the order.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES
For deliveries outside the European Union, shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and local handling fees imposed by the destination country. We are unable to estimate these costs, as they vary depending on local regulations.

These charges:

• Are not included in the product or shipping price
• Are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country
• Are collected directly by the courier before or at the time of delivery

As the importer, the recipient is responsible for settling any such charges.
