SHIPPING
- All goods are shipped from our warehouse in COMO Italy.
- Shipping is FREE to most European countries, the UK and Switzerland.
- We ship Worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout please contact us for a competitive shipping quote.
- We attempt to ship each order within 2 business days.
- We update our customers with carrier and tracking information as soon the items are shipped and the tracking numbers become available.
DELIVERY AND DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery usually occurs within 2 - 4 business days from the moment of dispatch. This also includes Switzerland. For isolated locations and islands it may take a few more days. Delivery time outside of the EU usually occurs within 5 - 8 business days.
Our company is not liable for any delays or unforeseen circumstances during the shipment or transportation that are beyond our control. If you aren't available to receive your order after 2 attempts by the shipper to deliver it to you the parcel/parcels will return to the shippers storage facility and at that point we are not liable for any losses or breakage.
For B2B business and customers making purchases via bank transfer your order will dispatch between 2 - 4 business days from the moment the funds arrive, depending on the size of the order.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES
For deliveries outside the European Union, shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and local handling fees imposed by the destination country. We are unable to estimate these costs, as they vary by country and local regulations.
These charges:
- Are not included in the product price or shipping cost
- Are determined by local customs authorities
- Are collected directly by the courier prior to or upon delivery
- As the importer, the recipient is responsible for payment of any such charges.
