1. A STROLL IN THE CENTER
The center is beautifully located on the water and enclosed within medieval walls with limited traffic, making it great for a stroll while taking in the antique atmosphere of this town founded by the Romans in the first century BC. A great starting point is by the Como Cathedral.
2. THE COMO CATHEDRAL

3. LA VITA E BELLA
A Charming Italian/Swedish couple are the owners of this restaurant known to be one of the best in Como. They have an extensive salad menu and delicious Italian specialties, perfect for lunch. 4. GELAERIA LARIANA
offers the best ice cream in Como, placed in the center right by the water at Lungo Lario Trento 5. Don’t be intimidated by the long line outside. The staff is super-efficient and you rarely have to wait for more than a few minutes. They have a large and delicious selection and the portions are big.
5. A BOAT RIDE ON THE LAKE
A beautiful way to take the lake in is to take a boat ride along the coast. Navigazione Laghi can take you to towns all around the lake at convenient ours and prices.
