This vase was made by local artisans on the island of Borneo in Indonesia, where the art of pottery making has been a tradition since antiquity. The vase is painted with a natural pigment and decorated with design motifs from the island. Terracotta means baked earth and has been used by mankind for thousands of years, across the worlds continents, for its versatility and strength.

The vase comes complete with its story printed out for you inside a beautiful envelope. Being artisan crafted each piece is slightly different with natural imperfections.
