1. What do I receive when I purchase a digital artwork?
Upon completing your order, you will receive high-quality digital image files via email, ready for printing. These images are not provided in any printed form.

2. How large can I print the digital artwork?
Our digital files are high-resolution and can be printed up to 7 meters in size without losing quality.

3. How do I print my digital artwork?
You can print your artwork with any professional printing services. Trusted companies like Photowall.com, available in 27 countries, offer a really easy process: simply upload your digital file in the "Custom Image" section, select your dimensions, choose your preferred type of paper, and have your custom mural delivered straight to your door in just a few days. For the best results, you can consult their team before ordering to ensure your image is printed exactly as you envision.

4. What format are the files in?
Our files are provided in high-resolution JPG format, suitable for large-scale printing. 

5. Can I use the artwork for commercial spaces?
Yes! You may use the artwork to decorate your personal or commercial spaces, such as offices, hotels, or restaurants. However, you may not sell, redistribute, or share the digital files for any form of gain. All images remain the copyright of Kirschon.

6. How many times can I download my purchased files?
Each file can be downloaded up to five (5) times per order. Please save a copy for future use.

7. Can I share or resell the digital files?
No, the purchase grants you a personal use license only. You may print and use the artwork for your own property as many times as you like but cannot resell, share, or distribute the files.

8. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once the files are delivered, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

9. What if I have issues downloading my files?
If you encounter any problems downloading your files, please contact us, and we’ll assist you.

10. What should I do if my printed result doesn’t look as expected?
We provide high-quality files, but the final result depends on the printing service, materials, and settings you choose. We recommend consulting your printer to verify file compatibility before printing. We are not responsible for printing issues caused by third-party services.
