This special hat comes from West Papua in Indonesia and is made out of goat skin, natural fibre, shells and rooster feathers. Hats like this were used during ceremonies and celebrations since ancient times, and in some areas still are today, to attract good luck and repel bad spirits.

It comes complete with a blackened metal stand and it's story printed for you inside a beautiful envelope. Being artisan crafted each hat is slightly different.
